Prescription Card Plan - Formulary managed care plan administered by SDH Jury Duty Pay - Regular, full-time and part-time employees are eligible for Jury Duty pay at the time of employment. Bereavement Pay - Eligible employees receive up to three days off work following the death of an immediate family member. Pension Plan - Health System Provided - SDH offers a 401(a) plan.
