Because our employees are so valuable to us, we provide the following benefits:

Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Time Off (PTO) is paid time away from work taken from the accrued PTO balance.

Health/Dental Plan - After 30 days of continuous employment, regular, full-time employees are eligible for coverage of the Health/Dental benefit plans.

Prescription Card Plan - Formulary managed care plan administered by SDH

Jury Duty Pay - Regular, full-time and part-time employees are eligible for Jury Duty pay at the time of employment.

Bereavement Pay - Eligible employees receive up to three days off work following the death of an immediate family member.

Pension Plan - Health System Provided - SDH offers a 401(a) plan.

Tax Deferred Annuity - Employees are eligible on their first day of employment.

Paycheck Direct Deposit - Employees are eligible for payroll direct deposit after one pay cycle.

Flexible Compensation Plan - Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for this service.

Shift Differential – Satanta District Hospital does offer shift differential.

Education Assistance - After six months of continuous employment, regular, full-time employees are eligible for this assistance.
